Project Description
Westmoreland County Courthouse is a 38,000 sf new Courthouse Building completed in 2014. The facility houses four (4) courtrooms along with municipal operations and the sheriff’s department. The structure is structural steel with masonry and precast and a metal panel roofing system. The advanced HVAC systems include variable refrigerant volume units with a control network via a BACNET Gateway. The electrical systems includes security systems, detention controls, and voice data for the judges and courtroom personnel.
