Our experienced Quality Control Department assures that all WMS projects meet the highest standards. We maintain a corporate Quality Control Plan which covers every facet of the construction process. Our QC personnel are among the best in the industry, and therefore we continuously produce a quality product.
One of our proudest accomplishments is our employee retention. Through a focus on employee development and promotion from within we’ve been able to maintain a core staff of long tenured professionals. We start this process at the ground up with our Project Engineers. They start with the company in a 3-4 year rotation through various departments within the organization including: Estimating, QC/Safety and Scheduling. The goal is advancement to Assistant Project Manager at the end of their rotation.
Our entire team is committed to client satisfaction, quality craftsmanship, the safe work environment for all of our employees and construction partners, as well as ensuring the job is completed on time and within budget. Our longstanding partnerships and client relationships are paramount to our continued growth and success!
