Project Description

This construction project is for replacement of a roof at the West Falls Church Service and Inspection Shop, the work includes but not limited to Demolition, Removal and Resetting HVAC Equipment, Interior Plumbing and Installation of new Skylights.

This task order will be performed in approximately 3 phases, over the occupied shop  With an approx. roof area of  70,000 Sq. Ft. Total.   The project is expected to finish this fall.
