Project Description

W. M. Schlosser was awarded the project January 2018. The Project Scope was to renovate a WMATA 174,000 SF warehouse in Lanham, MD. The end use of the warehouse incorporates all of WMATA’s maintenance departments in one facility.

The renovations on this warehouse included demolition, electrical and plumbing upgrades, rehabilitation of existing HVAC units, new HVAC units, fire protection modifications including upgrading to a voice warning system, upgraded sprinkler system to cover storage, racking, modular furniture, concrete, drywall and painting.
