Project Description

Work at the Historic Air Traffic Control Tower at the Main Terminal of Dulles Airport consisted of cleaning the concrete tower, refinishing of metal cladding, fascia, soffit and roof panels, replacement of joint sealants, and replacement of membrane roofing. In order to access all of the exterior surfaces of the entire structure, a scaffolding system was erected the entire height of the tower.
