Project Description

This Design-Build project involves the conversion of the 38,490SF Building 8607 from a Barracks structure into an Administrative and Support Building. The completed building will provide space for at least 250 personnel. The exterior will receive new brick cladding, windows and doors. A new standing seam metal roof will be constructed. The interior will be completely demolished and new finishes will be constructed. All M/E systems will be replaced.
